1- Do I need a minimum commitment?

Yes, since we will be dedicated a specific staff member as your account manager and will be allocating resources for your project, we can only make this possible with a monthly commitment. You can start with as little as 5 hours a month!

2- What is the pricing structure?

Smaller plans begin at $50 an hour. We offer discounts based on the number of hours you reserve each month. The more time you reserve each month, the lower your hourly rate will be.

3- What if I do not use all the hours in my contract?

We have 20% rollover policy. Which means up to 20% of your unused monthly time commitment will be rolled over to the next calendar month.

4- How can I terminate the contract?

Very simple, just provide notice 30 days in advance.

5- How will I communicate with you?

We prefer communication through our client project management dashboard. However, in the case of an emergency, you can also contact us via email, Skype and telephone.

6- What is the turn around time?

Every customer support ticket is replied to within 24 hours. In emergency situations, your issue will be made a top level priority.
